According to Breitbart News, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi refused to answer if she accepts responsibility for Democrats losing House seats.
CNN Senior Congressional Correspondent Manu Raju asked Pelosi, “Do you accept any responsibility for the loss of House seats?”
