Shaving company Gillette may have to change their slogan.
The company has come under fire for making commercials that bash men as being filled with “toxic masculinity” or promote unhealthy lifestyle by promoting “body positivity.”
Now Gillette is ostracizing their original customer base completely as their new commercial shows a father teaching his transgender son how to shave.
The son, Samson, was originally born female.
“Growing up I was always trying to figure out what kind of man I want to become, and I’m still trying to figure out what kind that I want to become,” Samson says in the commercial. “I always knew I was different. I didn’t know that there was a term for the type of person that I was. I went into my transition just wanting to be happy.”
“I’m glad I’m at the point where I’m able to shave,” Samson adds. “I’m at the point in my manhood where I’m actually happy.”
Following Gillette’s publication fo the ad, Samson took to Facebook to share, “confident that this ad will encourage many of my trans siblings and fill them with the knowledge that our existence in this world can be filled with the love and support we deserve.”
It appears Gillette is completely abandoning their old customer base in the hopes of becoming the leading brand among transgenders.

No longer with Gillette, now a member of Dollar Shave Club, which is much less expensive and with a much better shave !!!
I use the German safety razor, just replace the blades ,been around for a hundred years. Gives a smooth shave and replacement blades are cheap.
Won’t use a Gillette razor if it was free.

Gillette is an over priced razor that is easily defeated by a cheap Schick razors with half the number of blades as the Gillette blades. As for this and their IGNORANCE of toxic masculinity ads I IGNORE them since their blades were and still are Worthless. If someone has reached shaving age and are not sure what kind of man they want to be then they are not much of one and NEVER will be.
Here’s the problem; this person should never have reached shaving age, and she should have sought counseling to accept that she was a she and could be nothing else. Want to dress and act butch? Cool, but a real boy you’ll never be no matter how many lies you tell yourself, Pinocchio.

I grew a “toxic to feministas” beard, but I don’t think it’ll ever be as good as rosey o’donnel’s, but that’s why it’s the gillette spokes-whatever.
This kind of pandering to .06 % of the population did wonders for Target. Idiots!!!
I will no longer be a Gillette customer. This is the height of stupidity! Why do you pander to a small percentage of the population that should not be recognized, condoned and promoted. You have definitely became a sorry ass company. I hope everybody boycotts you forever!

gillette was the only blades i ever used..NOW it will be NEVER use again..They got my money a few weeks ago BEFORE this sick garbage ,but they will NOT get any more. I have heard that some of these crazed companies think that their “base” will return..Not this customer ,not ever , no matter what they do even if the crap is free.. Heard the same tripe from the sick media scum..They just don’t get it..No matter what they say or do in the future to try and “con” viewers back ,I will never again patronize any of them !!
