Republicans continued to lead over Democrats and the margin is incredibly large.
Campaign finance disclosures show that the Republican National Committee raised $15.9 million in April, a sum that more than doubles the $6.6 million that the Democratic National Committee managed to raise.
That leaves the end of the month totals at $34.7 million on hand for the RNC with just $7.6 million available to the DNC. That’s a staggering difference.
If these numbers are any indication, the odds for 2020 are looking decidedly in favor of Republicans.
This could be why Democrats have been in panic mode clinging to every insignificant detail they can find. All in the hopes of removing Trump as opposition before the elections.
