Trump has had a considerably uphill battle getting the U.S.-Mexico border secured. Democrats continue to inhibit his efforts, even now they are trying to block his national emergency.
That’s why one company from North Dakota has offered to lend a helping hand to the president.
Tommy Fisher, CEO of Fisher Sand and Gravel has claimed that his company can build Trump’s planned stretch of wall for less than 20% of the $8 billion he’s been fighting to obtain.
“Our whole point is to break through the government bureaucracy,” Fisher explained to the Washington Examiner. “If they do the small procurements as they are now … that’s not going to cut it.”
Suggesting that the government has and continues to vastly overpay for border construction, Fisher has declared that his company could build 234 miles of border wall including paved roads, security technology and a $4.31 billion warranty, for just $1.4 billion.
While President Trump hasn’t commented on the proposal, it’s seems like a deal made just for him.
